2007 Exhibitor / Sponsor Information

All booth fees and other applicable charges must be paid prior to set-up. Once on-site, cash will be the only form of payment accepted.
SET-UP DAY IS FRIDAY, 9AM UNTIL 4PM
Additional support service items needed such as power drops, tents, tables & chairs, etc. should be arranged in advance. Many times these items are feasible with advance planning, but expensive and difficult to obtain once "on site".
Sponsors who have advised us of their participation will have their exhibit space reserved in advance. Exhibitor booth assignments are established on a first come, first served basis.
All credentials, parking passes, etc. will be delivered Friday during set-up day, and these will be needed to obtain entrance to the venue throughout the weekend.
Exhibit space purchased must contain the entire display. Support vehicles, and fixtures not within the booth, must be stored in the vendor parking area. Booth cars will be issued a pass, but must fit in the booth.
No private generators are allowed in the midway area, insurance regulations prohibit the operation of these devices in this area. Power should be arranged in advance through your event coordinator at NOPI Motorsports.
EVENT HOURS / SCHEDULE
Contestants, Exhibitors, and Sponsors will be allowed in the gates at 8AM, both Saturday and Sunday. The gates open to the public at 10AM, both days.
Midway hours officially end at 6:00 PM, but sponsors and exhibitors are welcome to keep your booth open later on Saturday, if you would like. The Drag Racing action as well as the "Freak Show" including live entertainment, swimsuit competition, foam pit, etc. runs until around 10PM.
Sunday the live entertainment continues on stage between final rounds of drag racing and swimsuit competition, not to forget the jello wrestling mid-afternoon. The event closes with the Awards Ceremony beginning around 5:30PM.
