LOS ANGELES (April 2, 2004) – Number One Parts, Inc. (NOPI), one of the world’s largest automotive aftermarket parts distributors, announced today it is racing into the online world by becoming an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Beginning May 10, subscribers will be able to enjoy a NOPI online membership service for $39.95 a year, while those needing Internet access can get connected using the NOPI branded service for only $15.95 a month. The NOPI ISP, which will be referred to as NOPI.net, is expected to give NOPI even more exposure to its sought-after 16-25 year-old demographic.

• NOPI.net will offer all the features people have come to expect from their Internet provider, but with the added benefit of targeted and branded content designed for the automotive enthusiast. Each user can now receive a turbo-charged email address, TheirName@NOPI.net.

NOPI.net service includes:

• A fully customizable personal portal page that features one-click navigation to news, horoscopes, maps, web searches, local weather and links to the NOPI Online Shopping Mall as well as all NOPI related web sites. The Home Page can be provided with many different templates allowing the user to change the "look and feel" of their service.

• A state-of-the-art NOPI-branded Webmail account that works like a regular POP3 email system and features a spell-checker, spam filter, address book and folder management. As the service is completely web-based, users will be able to access their email from any computer that has Internet access.

• An online NOPI Shopping Mall, which is a collection of links to over 2,300 top international retailers and E-Commerce sites.

• A NOPI-branded Browser Bar that provides easy one-click access to the NOPI Home Page, Email, Shopping Mall, and top-rated Search Engines.

• Family Friendly features such as pop-up blockers, content filters and parental management controls are also included in the service.
